Rental Suites - The Villa

The Villa offers 85 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom self-contained suites. Stoves and refrigerators are supplied. Blinds and window air conditioners are also provided.

A Resident Services Coordinator helps residents to continue to live independently as long as possible. However, the Villa is classified as enriched housing and residents need to be reasonably self-sufficient.
ADMISSION AND COSTS
Effective January 1, 2025, current monthly rates are:
- 1-bedroom (1 person) $964.00
- 1-Bedroom (2 people) $1014.00
- 2-Bedroom (1 person) $1,077.00
- 2-Bedroom (2 people) $1,127.00
Rental rates include electricity, water and heat (not telephone, internet or cable), and four supper meals per month per resident in our dining room.
WAIT LIST TIMES
A waiting list is established based on the date of receipt of the application. In recent years our list has continued to increase. As a result, current wait time is approximately 4 to 6 years for the one-bedroom and much longer for the two-bedroom suites.
People are encouraged to apply early. There is no obligation or application fee.
